Q Do you sell Birthday and other invitations?
A Yes, our designs can be personalised for any celebration or even left blank. You can buy just one for your best friend's Birthday or 100 and invite everyone she knows!
Q Can I order a sample?
A Yes, you can order a sample of any of our stationery designs. Simply add one to your cart then proceed to checkout.
Q Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A No we don't, no order is too big or too small.
Q Will I receive a proof?
A Yes, we send proofs for every stationery item (email for table plan). Printing and production will not take place until all proofs have been checked, signed and returned by you.
Q How do I pay for my order?
AA Once you have filled your shopping basket proceed to checkout. There you will be given a choice. You can either pay through paypal or you can send a cheque/postal order made payable to Chris Edgecombe to:

Q How long will I have to wait?
A You can expect a large order (50+ invitations and 50+place cards) to take 3-5 weeks from the first proof being sent through to completion. A small order (Less than 50) will take 2-3 weeks.
Q Can I order further items at a later date?
A Yes, if you discover that you have not ordered enough stationery or you would like to buy something else, simply proceed to checkout as normal and will have all of your information stored.
Q What are the delivery charges?
A The delivery charges will be worked out based on your order at the check out.

Q Can I choose a different colour stationery?
A Yes, because all of our designs are individually made to order they can be easily adapted to coordinate with the colours that you have themed for your special day.
Q Can I change the wording on the invitations?
A Yes, if you'd like you can have your names and the date of your wedding printed on the front of your invitation. It's your invitation, you design it! Just contact us with the details and we'll get to work. It really is that simple
Q Are envelopes and wording included in the price?
A Yes, all printing costs are included in the price, and every invitation comes supplied with a matching envelope in a clear polythene bag.
Q What if I am not pleased with my order?
AIn the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we only refund if items are faulty or an error has been made by us. We do ask that you approve your personalised wedding stationery before it is made, as refunds after completion of order cannot be given for orders on stationery if they are inline with the signed proof.
